As a regional rehabilitation center we accept rehab residents from anywhere. Here are directions from two major airports.

From Boise: Take Highway I-84 West to Exit 302 in Baker City, Oregon. Follow the signs to the hospital. Turn left on 10th street and proceed to 3490. It’s located on the left directly across from Commercial Tires.

From Portland, Oregon: Take highway I-84 East to Exit 302. Follow the signs to the hospital. Turn left on 10th street and proceed to 3490. It’s located on the left directly across from Commercial Tires.

Charter Flights are available: Sundance Aviation is available for charter flights. They can be reached , for pricing, at (541) 523-5663. The local airport is about 10 minutes from our facility.
